("UnitedProject", "Service Provider," "we," or "our").

This site is owned and operated by UnitedProject.org Inc., a privately held corporation. All products and services of UnitedProject are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use or sale.

3. Companies providing benefits and discounts in this program are not a licensed insurer, health maintenance organization, or other underwriter of health care services. No portion of any provider's fees will be reimbursed or otherwise paid.
4. The discounts contained herein may not be used in conjunction with any other discount plan or program. All listed or quoted prices are current prices from participating providers and subject to change without notice. From time to time, certain providers may offer products and/or services to the general public at prices lower than the discounted prices available through this program. In such event, members will be charged the lowest price.
5. Providers are subject to change without notice and programs may vary in some states. This is a discount membership program only, not insurance, and may be discontinued or modified at anytime.
6. Savings are based upon the provider's normal fees. Actual savings will vary depending upon location and specific services or products purchased.
7. Discounts on professional services are not available where prohibited by law. This program is a referral and discount plan and does not warrant professional services, nor is it responsible for the quality of care received. This program makes no warranties express or implied concerning services or care provided.
8. Member is defined as primary member, spouse, and all legal dependents. All legal dependents are automatically enrolled and no additional enrollment is required.

Disclosures:

• This plan is not a health insurance policy.
• This plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services.
• This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services.
• The plan member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization.

Cancellation Policy:

To terminate or cancel the member agreement, simply call the customer service number located on the nack of your card or email us at info@unitedproject.org This agreement can be cancelled by UnitedProject at any time.

Issue Resolution:

For any concerns or complaints when using the membership card, please call (866) 408-1069 for immediate assistance. Your issue will be researched and a resolution reached within 3 business days.

UnitedProject is not responsible for and will not be liable to you or any one else for any damages in connection with an E-Mail sent by you to UnitedProject or an E-Mail sent by UnitedProject to you at your request.

NO ENDORSEMENTS

No endorsement or approval of any third parties or their advice, opinions, information, products or services is expressed or implied by any Information.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

1. The contest is open to all active members of UnitedProject during the time a contest was running. 
2.  All active UnitedProject members will be automatically entered in each of the contests. If a member wishes not to participative in a particular contest, they may notify us by sending us an email to info@unitedproject.org.
3. If a particular contest results in a tie, UnitedProject will randomly select a winner. All decisions are final - no substitutions will be available.
4. In order to claim the prize, the winner's UnitedProject member profile must include a valid first name, last name, mailing address and a telephone number.
   
5. If winner is under 18 years old, must provide valid first name, last name, mailing address and a telephone number for a parent or a legal guardian.
   
6. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without any additional compensation of his or her UnitedProject's public member profile for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which UnitedProject may deem appropriate.
7. In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that UnitedProject may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
8. Detailed contest rules applicable to each contest, including contest entry dates, how to enter, and prize value, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes are available on our contest page located here. 
9. In accepting a prize, the winners acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
10. UnitedProject retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
11. Any cash  prizes will be paid by check in US dollars.  
    
12. Any prizes that include benefit plans are valid only for US citizens over 18 years of age.
13. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
14. UnitedProject reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
15. Approximate value of prizes may vary.

 
PRIVACY POLICY

By your consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in our privacy policy published on the Site. UnitedProject reserves the right to amend its privacy policy from time to time by posting the updated policy on the Site. You agree to review the privacy policy each time you visit the Site.

APPLICABLE LAW

We make no representation that materials on the Website are appropriate, available or legal in any particular location. Those who choose to access the Website do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. This agreement shall be deemed entered into in the State of Florida. You agree that the laws and judicial decisions of Broward County, Florida, shall be used to determine the validity, construction, interpretation and legal effect of this Agreement. You agree that any action relating to or arising out of this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Broward County, Florida. You agree to waive the right to trial by jury in any proceeding that takes place relating to or arising out of this Agreement.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and any terms incorporated or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between you and UnitedProject relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether electronic, oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing, or by UnitedProject making such amendments or modifications in accordance with these Terms.

SEVERABILITY

These Terms shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
