Yesterday i read a story about the benefits of eating purple colored fruit- they contain the B family vitamins, as well as very important chemicals that make us...happy! I was surprised by this article, as i always looked down on blueberries as something you put in a pie, not something you eat by itself. This article argues that if we eat about 40 blueberries a day, we will decrease our negative thoughts and become optimistic. Now, this is something i didn't expect from a small little blueberry which usually lives in the shadow of bananas, oranges and apples.
