Seven years ago, I had taken my three children to get their haircut. Our hairdresser informed us that one of her clients was getting rid of 9 chocolate lab puppies. They were inbred and didn't want them. Laurie (our hairdresser) asked us if we wanted one. Of course, my children wanted a pup but I told them they had to ask their Dad if he would allow it. (I really hoped he would say no to them.) But, of course he said yes. We picked out our puppy and brought her home. I fell in love with her. She is such a good dog. But after we had her for awhile, I developed asthma because of her shedding. It didn't help how much we vacuumed, I still had the symptoms. I finally went to our family doctor and he prescribed Singulair for me. It kept my symptoms away and most importantly we didn't have to get rid of our sweet puppy.
