Importance of Early Habits (7) (3)
I have always had the misfortune of having way too many tooth related problems. While originally i used to blame the foods i was eating, i came to realize the root of my problems was based on hte lack of appropriate habits regarding flossing and brushing.

When i arrived in the USA i was 19 years of age. I had somehow no problems during the first year at school, but the situation changed later on. When i became a sophomore, i started to have pains in multiple teeth in the same time. Because my college grant did not include dental insurance, i avoided visiting the dentist. However, the pain would not stop by itself, and became so severe that i borrowed some funds and went. To make a long story short, i became an unwilling frequent visitor to dentists until i changed the way i brushed and flossed. All of which is to prove the importance of good dental hygene. Sadly, the damage i had done already cannot be repaired, but i hope other readers can avoid that.
