As a contractor, I have had problems with carpal tunnel and with no health insurance avoided seeing the doctor. The problem was getting worse and a friend recommended I take vitamin B6 to help it. I started with 200mg a day for 3 days and then went to 100mg for 1 week, after that I took a maintenance dose of 50mg per day. I would not have thought this would work but I have to say that my carpal tunnel has cleared up and I am doing fine. I would recommend this, however it doesn't work for everyone.
