I am walking daily now. I have lost about 15 lbs altogether. My clothes size has not changes very much and most of my exercise is walking. I found arobics is the fun for me and love to dance and move to a good beat. Most of the walking is used as public transportation. Sat and Sun I usually walk about 1 hr and during the week it is only for 30 min. I am also doing a little jogging but this is a lot harder on the feet becuase it is a high impact expercise. Does any body else have sucess in lossing weight or expercise that they like to do
