When I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2005 , I was devastated and thought that it was the end of the world. Three years after later eating the right foods andgetting more exercise with the proper medicatiom,I have learned that I can learn to live with type 2 diabetes. I have dramatically cut down sodas and desserts with huge amounts of sugar and I am eating a more balance diet of foods several times a day. It is very important that you are constantly checking your glucose levels on a daily basis to ensure that your diet and exercise are on track with you plan.I believe that there is hope for those who have diabetes, It's not the end of the world and you can do just about anything that a normal person without diabetes can do. All it takes is some minor life changes to adjust to and life will go on just fine for you
