There has been research to suggest 1 caplet of Fish oil with Omega 3 and 6 oils will help asthma, by lowering the inflammatory response most asthmatics suffer from. The improvement takes about 12 weeks to notice and may only be slight. However, combined with a whole food non-allergy inflaming diet and high levels of vitamin C, most asthmatics showed marked improvement. This was a study done with only about 26 research subjects, so the science isn't set in stone. Personally, I'm taking some fish oil.
