The county got back to us about a week and a half ago and denied our claim b/c of no picture ID. The case worker took 4 weeks to call me back and when she did she told me to refile. So I did now its another waiting period. Im ready to give up but my husband insist that I keep at it. There is only so much I can do. Im praying that this time I will be accepted but we'll see. I honestly think that they make this hard just so they can deny people. There are things that the county does that drives me crazy but you cant get a hold of anyone to complain. Its only a discrimination form to fill out. Well are they discriminating against me b/c of my race?? I would say no, but sometimes I feel that they are. I did hear that Medicare (i think thats who they use) is in alot of trouble with social security. So that doesnt look good. Ill keep you posted on this round. Have a wonderful day
