I couldn't believe I had to go to the bathroom so much ! I just went 20 minutes ago . I remember thinking to myself what's happening to my body. It had only been a few months ago that I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and had to be on a c-pap breathing machine while I sleep for the rest of my life. The doctor said that I stop breathing 75 times a minute. He also said that there was not a surgery to correct this either. I threw a fit! Thank goodness my wife was there, I just remember her telling me "Its not the doctor's fault, now stop it!'. When I calmed down a little he threw the second blow the doctor said I was allergic to evry type of grass and tree you could think of. I was put on daily allergy pills and weekly shots. How can this happen to me Im healty and strong. My wife just said dont worry we will deal with and you will get used to it and it will keep you well. But now I'm feeling lousy and keep having to go to the bathroom. My wife made me an appointment to see the doctor. She already had her thoughts on what was wrong with me and told the office when she made the appointment I went in and they took some blood. The doctor came in th room and said "You are diabetic". I could not believe it. Im not fat I get lots of exercise." Why me!" The doctor gave me some precriptions and an order to get a tester. The nurse showed me how to use the device and what to eat and not eat. I called my wife and of course she said "I told you" She said not to worry we will fix this. She went shopping and got a few special items for me but not much we have always ate plenty of fresh vegetables and such. She got rid of all sugar items and replaced them with sugar free items as well she said we will both adjust. I have got my levels under control and she was right we can fix this.
