At the age of 28 I had just had a baby girl. I weighed 118 lbs. I soon found myself unable to stay awake for more than a few hours at a time.I was getting severe cramps in my legs & back. After several trips to the doctor & many tests. They found my thyroid was extremely under active. (the cause for my tiredness)
My leg cramps were due to poor circulation and an extreme case of hyperlipidemia. The back pains were my pancreas also due to the lipids. Months later I donated blood and was notified I had hepatitis C.
My liver was causing all the health problems.
Now, I have added many more fruits and vegetables to my diet.
I do not smoke or drink. I do not drink soda or eat refined sugars.
I exercise several times weekly and visit doctors every few months to review my conditions.
