Bargain $4.00 Prescriptions Filled (1) (2)
When you have a medical condition that can only be resolved with medicine, it can be a relief knowing that there is something there that can help. Unfortunately, many cannot afford the medications that are so desperately needed. Thanks to United Project and other programs, we do have options available to help in the cost of these expensive drugs. There is another source that I have found that has helped me very much. It is the $4.00 generic medications available at certain grocery, big box or drug stores. It amazes me how these meds can be offered at such a low cost to the consumer. But sure enough, the last time I needed to fill a prescription I called up one of these outlets and was thrilled to find out that the medicine prescribed was on their list. The grocery store I went to boasts over 400 different generic drugs at this price. Now maybe some of you do not think that generics work as well as the brand name, but for that price it is certainly worth a try!
