This is about type 2 diabetes and how it has effected my life so far.
Story goes here...I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, about 7 years ago. A real jolt to my life. I have been on lots of medications, and trying to get my sugar down to a normal range, has always been a challenge for me. I recently became a massage Therapist, and have been reaping the benefits of massage for myself, as well as giving relief to others as well. Massage has been helping with my circulation and keeping healthy blood sugar levels...due to the activity. I have lost weight while being a therapist, and that has helped tremendously in the fight that I have always had about weight. I am now a much healthier person. I have helped other people through massage..especially those that are really stressed out. Massage calms the nerves, and allows people to be able to breathe better, and live better. It is a kind of rejuvenation, that you have control over. You choose when and how you want your massage..that greatly effects your life. Massage has done wonderful things for me as well as the clients that I work for. It was a choice that I will not regret at all.
