My husband instantly got a sinus infection, he felt that he was sick with a cold. He was starting to form a migraine. He has never really experienced a migraine. He was taken to the hospital and release that evening to sleep it off. We went to hospital again and was treated for 3 days, but not knowing for sure what was the problem. They then let us go home again. Two days later he did not know where he was at or who I was. He looked at us blankly. He was taken to the ER again and within 4 hours he was in emergency suygery for a brain absess. His sinus infection apparently lead up into the frontal lobe and the left side of the brain. He has recovered but it has been a long bumpy road.
