After being rejected from my future career schools, I did nothing but mope around about it. I went through serious depression. I didn't even realize it until my bestfrien and my boyfriend pointed out to me that all I talk about is "dying" and that there was "nothing to live for." So I decided to see a therapist/psychiatrist. It was a little embarrassing at first...I never thought that I would end up seeing a "shrink", but it was the best decision of my life. He tought me to look foward to other aspects of my future instead fixating on my career path. After a couple of sessions, my psychiatrist put me on cymbalta, it was life changing. I saw things in a different light and even learned to let go of my failures and goals that were unaccomplished. Even when work gets a little hectic and busy, I still have a smile on my face and mean it. Cymbalta really helped me through my roughest times. =)
