Well I have a problem and would like some input as to what I should do...I hired a law firm when I got injured on the job, in the beginning they did all the work and all I had to do was go to the doctor and get well. Here lately they have not done much of anything. The doctor wanted to put me in rehab to help me gain back the strength that I lost and that way I might be able to do some of the things that I once did. When I called them the other day about this, they told me to stay on top of the doctors office to get this project finished. I have had to contact the doctors and the rehab place, as well as write a letter to my employer giving them the outline of what we are trying to do and setting the hours that I will be able to work.
How fair is that, I do all the work and they get paid. Friends tell me to fire this firm and hire another, the problem with that is if I owe to much to this law firm then another one might not pick up the case and I would have no one to help me when I need it.
Does anyone have any suggestions that might help me resolve this matter.
Thank you for your support and all suggestions and comments will be grately appreciated
