I am in need of suggestions.... I recently was hired back at the company where I was initially injured. I went back to work on Jan.21st. Now when I got hurt and was to sit down 95% of the time, they said that they did not have a position that I could do with this type of restrictions. Well (sit down for this one) my injuries have not healed, I still can't bend my knee the way that it should and still using the cane to walk. They hired me back doing Security work. The restrictions that the doctor set were that I was to be sitting down, and standing no more that 1 hour in an 8 hour period. The attorneys said that this is an attempt and that I have to go back to work. Unfortunately for me they still are not doing what they are suppose to be doing, and the attorneys are not concerned with that. I can go to work with minimal pain and swelling and by the time that I get home, it is so unbearable that I spend half the night trying to control it. I was considering firing my attorneys, and hiring another one, but I don't know if that is possible at this time.
If you have any comments or suggestions please let me know, I would appreciate reading what you have to say.
God Bless us all
