My mother lost battle to Pancreatic CA, 6 yrs prior the same diagnosis took my brother, my father followed my mother with in 9 months - CA as well As result of elevated blood pressure unresponsive to medication treatment, post traumatic anxiety & depression, high cholesterol, morbid obesity - working from care 5 yrs increasing work demands; ignoring health to meet work goals and caring for parents; onset of Diabetes type II No longer able to work at level of intensity & resigned By the time was able to process Cobra astromonical monies were required to instate, by the time Byetta was recommended to help manage insulin & blood sugar level along with Metformin Ceredian lost one of my payments and cancelled my health plan The next timely received check was returned and I was advised to follow up with the post office If I could prove post mark date then I could be reinstated. I have survived with the goodness of samples received from providers I was recently told by behavioral health I needed to complete forms for assistance I am seeking work now but continue to treat with medications and I am still without health plan - when I gave all monies available to Ceredian to administrate my CIGNA Healthcare plan
