I have moved around a lot, and found that my allergies seem to go into overdrive in some of the climates.
It was recommeded to me to eat honey made locally in the area I reside in, to enhance immunity to local allergens. Apparently, as the bees make honey from the local flora, eating this condensed pollen-collection byproduct will leave you less sensitive to the local allergens. So, next time you reach for the sugar bowl for your coffee, tea, or baking needs, consider honey as a substitute and boost you and your family's immunity to local allergens with this healthy alternative!
