I really need your help!!!!!!!!

I have tried other sites for help with my prescriptions but have not had any luck. I've had several seizures along with other disorders that I don't know what caused them because the seizures left me with memory loss. My medical bills, therapy, hospital, psychiatrists, household expenses and expenses that my parents owed before their death is way more than my monthly disability check I receive can take care of. I cared for my parents in our home and they were always there for me when I had financial problems, now I have to keep going on my own. I've sent money to a company thinking they would provide me with my medications and they would refund me the money that I sent them, but then maybe I was mistaken, anyway I was denied because instead of my psychiatrist filling out the forms, who knew my financial situaltion, she had the receptionist to fill out the forms and she did not know because I never spoke with her about them. I've always tried to be independent but we never know what hand life is gonna deal us. I'm asking for your help because I don't know where else to turn. I have medicare part D but I am almost (about $100) before I reach my limit and then there's that Gap and I do not have the money to pay for my medicine. I have been having Puva light treatments for my hands and feet (severe Psoriosis) for almost 2 years now and there is not enough left to purchase 8 pills, that my therapist told me that I will need to completely clear and by the way, those 8 pills will cost me $420.36. I have come a long way and it have not been easy but I was determined to endure, even going the 30 miles from my home for treatments which started out 3 times a week and it have gotten down to once a week and I only have 2 pills left that will be taken on this coming Monday for my treatment. I will be so greatlful for whatever you can do to help me.
