My name is Karma, and I have more medical problems than most "normal" people I know. An by normal, I mean that I don't appear to have anything wrong with me. Unfortunately, I have most of the common mental/personality disorders, including, but not limited to bi-polar depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, hallucinations, etc. I also have Tourettes, anemia, bulimia, hypoglycemia, and I've broken many many bones. I'm a quarter deaf in each ear and partially blind. I get tonsillitis about at least 3 times a year and I have HPV. It also doesn't help that I'm one of the biggest klutzes you'll ever meet.
I am in and out of the emergency room AT LEAST 5 times a year for various reasons. I have no medical insurance, and its difficult to get a job with my issues. I owe almost $4000 in medical bills, and that has been accumulated over the last 2 years.
I'm not sure what the moral of the story should be, or how it should end, but I know that I just want to get better. Most, though not all, of my conditions are treatable, if I could afford to get them taken care of. Unfortunately, I can't do that.
