Prayer change things...when ye pray believer. I read this once in a book and in the bible as i grew up in a Christian atmosphere with a Pastor-Dad in a small church. I heard the same thing over and over so by the time i became an adult it was for me just a little saying that people say just to try to make you go to church. It wasn't until i started facing serious problems in my marriage that i realized that i never paid any attention to those words before. I would repeat them in my mind but i did not believe in what i was saying. One evening wile praying, I asked God to give me faith for i felt that all my life attending church did not change the fact that i had none. I asked God to teach me how to have this faith. I remembered reading in the bible that all we needed was a faith as small as a mustard seed. However, i did not feel that mine was close to that size. What was i supposed to do then? if my faith was smaller than the sample size and maybe none...then i felt an answer from God in my heart when he said; "The faith you think you don't have, is the small mustard seed you do not see" Then i realized that God does not expect us to believe 100%. that is a mistake a lot of people make. All he wants us to do is believe. Believe in him, believe in ourselves and trust ourselves that we can believe in him. Faith changes things...when we believe.
