Asthma (1)
I've suffered all my life with asthma. My doctor is one of the best in the country. He's a pediatrician who specializes in asthma. He treats my children as their pediatrician and treats me for my asthma. I wouldn't trust anyone else. One time, I had just started working for a new company and my insurance hadn't kicked in yet. I went into a full blown asthma attack and had to leave work and went to his office. He was out that day, but he called in to check on everything and when he found out that I was in there, he came in on his day off!! I hadn't been in his office in over a year, so he was very worried. He found out that my insurance hadn't kicked in yet, so he had them treat me there and told me, "I want you to know if you had insurance right now, you would be in the hospital. But, since you don't, your stuck here all day to get treated." I had to go back the next day for more treatments. He knew my case like the back of his hand. When my asthma started to clear up a little, he called to check on me because the mold count was so high and I wasn't in his office. You just don't find doctors like that. I am so very blessed to have him for my doctor.
