Why is it that most insurances pay for very little, if any at all, of dental care?

Why isn't there a program that will help by allowing individuals to pay into a dental care program, whether or not it is not needed immediately or not, so that a person can use it in a time of need.

Last night, I broke off some of the enamel from a tooth while eating popcorn and enjoying my little girl. It doesn't hurt real bad, but kind of stings a little. I couldn't sleep at all last night due to the anxiety. I have two other teeth that need crowns and I didn't need this to happen. I have to get myself taken care of so I can care for my daughter with Cerebral Palsy. I feel depressed, too embarrassed to smile, and very tired from not sleeping well. I canceled my daughter's physical therapy appointment today because I am too tired to drive and feared I would not be alert enough for the half an hour drive there to the hour appointment with the physical therapy specialist, then the half an hour drive back with my precious little girl in the car.

I pray that there is some relief in the works soon to come for my little girl and I. We've had such a hard past couple of years, being in an auto accident, among other things and I am receiving SSI for my disabling conditions, struggling but grateful for what we have.

Thank you all and hope that all your needs are provided for.

Blessings
