Chatarah has had asthma for most of her life. In 2000 when she was four she was diagnosed. I was doing drugs back then which made it worse. I wasn't a good parent then, and got angry when she would have attacks. Now, however, I have been clean for ten months and have gotten my life back together and am trying very hard to make up for the time I wasn't so great of a parent. I have been working most of the year, and have moved into a beautiful apartment. Chatarah has been with her father for the past two years and is really happy seeing her mother clean and sober. I am very concerned because now that I really am trying to take care of my responsibilities, I can't . I have a part time job, her father doesn't help like he should, and i can't afford her medicine. Chatarah is a beautiful eleven year old girl, who is very active despite her asthma and i would just like to be able to get what she needs so she won't have to suffer from not being able to breathe when the weather changes, or of other allergens that flares up her asthma. I've tried to apply for assistance, but do to transportation problems (my water pump just went out in my automobile) , and my lack of knowlege of how to get places here in this new state I've moved to , I cannot get the help I need. I just decided to use my sisers comuter to try to find where I can get some coverage and saw the commercial "ask.com" and decided to check it out. When I did I found this website and hope it will be the answer to my prayers to get the help for my daughter that she needs. Thanks in advance.

A concerned mother
