My girlfriend name Bobbie didn't have any medicaid or insurance. She has had hypertension all of her life. She had ran out of medication and didn't know what to do or where to go. She called the local Health Dept. and they made an appointment for her on Thursday. She sat there for four and a half hours waiting to see a doctor so he could provide refills for her prescriptions. She called me complaining and asked for my advice, so I got on the internet and found several Prescription Assistance sites. I signed her up and then I signed myself up. Although it took her 4.5 hours to get her meds, we were suprised to find out that Walmar actually had lower prices that CVS or anyother pharmacy. In spite of the wait time, we were ecstatic to find lower prices.
