Between my wife and myself, our medications cost us $160 a month, however, over the past 2 months, with more insulin being added to my medications, it has increased to over $200. This is using my insurance card, and paying $4 for some medications at Walmart. It is so costly, it's caused us to have to juggle bills each month to make ends meet, thus causing our credit to go down hill and us to have to pay additional late charges. I have Diabetes, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, and am overweight. My wife has an Adrenal Insuffienciency, for which she takes replacement medications in addition to Cholesterol medications. We are anticipating this card will be able to help us to decrease our medication prices immensely.
