I am a 55 year old, retired coal miner. I have worked in the union coal mines in wv for 23 years. When I retired I had hoped to receive my UMWA medical card. Over the past 7 years, I have yet to receive it. I am retired and disabled with no medical card. I have medical problems of the heart and I have black lung. I have ulcers and I am having other medical problems that need to be tended to, but I have no money and no medical card. I am afraid of my outcome in life.
