I am 60 years old and I believe I am going blind. For several years, I have had a white ring around both pupils and it seems to have gotten worse. I used to have 20/20 vision. I have used reading glasses and now those don't seem to help. People are blurry, television is blurry and I do not have any health insurance. I do not make much money as it is. I work full time but barely make ends meet. I would like to go to a doctor before I end up completely blind. This is very discouraging to me.
