I am 28 yrs old and i was a professional heroin addict. it most definatly was my life. i did what i wanted without any care for my well-being or that of others. i do not know why i was like this but it could not be helped at the time. for a while it was the best but then it started getting bad a good friend of mine died and i was blamed for it . that is when i went to the methadone program to clean up. this is only trading one for the other. it was a clinic in a very urban and ghetto enviro. full of drugs and methadone itself is very potent. the staff that ran the clinic were only interested in $$$ and cared nothing for the individuale so i was arrested and forced to quit this but i did not stay in jail long enough so i was released and started useding heroin again to keep the sicness away. thaty is when i found suboxone so far i really like it i function normally and dont use drugs i moved away to do this teatment and it has been succesful so far the only problem i have is that it is to expensive but i am trying to get help. thanks..
