Two months ago I had my right upper lobe of my lung removed because of a Kritter that had grown to be 3.2 cms. in size. I found this Kritter by changing doctors to a doctor's practice that required a chest X-ray for my physical. My surprise came when I was told by a surgeon that I had lung cancer and that my whole lung needed to be removed. After I dismissed this surgeon, I found a surgeon that believed I only needed to have the lung section of the upper right lobe removed instead of the whole right lung. I was sent to this great doctor by a wonderful Pulmonary doctor who listened to my concerns. Today I am proud to say that I am "coming along" this journey with no current need of Chemotherapy.
