I had a recurring problem with my stomach with constant nausea, vomiting, heartburn, problems swallowing, stomach cramps, as well as diarrhea. Doctors were baffled because test for colon, esophagus, bacteria problems were to no avail. Finally my last option was to request for open exploratory surgery, but the surgeon suggested I be tested for gallbladder problems first. Thus finding that the problem was with the gallbladder, and two years after removal no pain only a little nausea mostly when I eat greasy food; therefore I have learned to stay away from those types of food.
