I have worked hard all of my life caring for others and often times the completed tasks went unappreciated. I was a Bus Driver in California for many years. My passengers consisted of handicapped students. There were times when I had to lift some of the children and their equipment. Now I have difficulty getting out of bed most days. I have crippling arthritis, hypertension, breathing problems, and eye problems. I have no insurance coverage what so ever. It's a choice between paying the electric bill or purchasing medicine. I have been denied disability but it's going before an appeal judge in a few months.
