| How do you handle everyday stress in your life? Myself, I like to go on long walks. It gives me time to think, plus it's great exercise. I used to jog, but I had to give it up because of back and hip problems.
Bicycling is another great stress reliever, as is swimming. And sometimes when I'm really stressed out, I play computer games and shoot a bunch of stuff up! |

| Oh, I forgot to add that another great way I deal with stress is to practice deep breathing techniques and deep relaxation exercises. The only thing about deep relaxation is half the time it puts me to sleep, lol! |
