It is essential that athletes get the right amount of fluids, especially in the summer months. A new line of all-natural sports drinks provides crucial electrolytes, energy, and hydration without the addition of high-fructose corn syrup, which traditional sports drinks tend to use as sweeteners. The new sports drinks use natural sweeteners, such as agave nectar, so that a low glycemic index is maintained. The new sports drinks include R.W. Knudsen's Recharge, Live Natural Sports Drink, and Vita Coco.

I dont know if anyone has tried the single packetsof flavoring for water, but it is really good. I have tried them and it helps with my being able to consume the daily amount of water! Sissy
