It is essential that athletes get the right amount of fluids, especially in the summer months. I dont know if anyone has tried the single packetsof flavoring for water, but it is really good. I have tried them and it helps with my being able to consume the daily amount of water! Sissy

Another great one is the Propel water. they have different flavors and they are really good! Sissy
