I think there are several sites on the Internet that can help diabetics manage their diets. And I know that a doctor's office would be very helpful in providing printed copies of the diet that include meal planning and exchanges. That said, it can be difficult to keep track of everything - has anyone used any kind of computer program to help?

I'm pretty sure the American Diabetes Association has some information on diabetic management software. Their website is www.diabetes.org.

Sissy, you are most welcome! I went there the other day to get some information for my mother, who has type 2 diabetes. It is really a comprehensive site! ~RavenCares
