I really like this story - and I like to nap too! a study of more than 23,000 people in Greece, who had no history of heart disease, found that individuals who took a nap during the day had a 34 percent lower risk of dying from heart disease than people who did not nap. It seems that taking a 30-minute nap at least three times a week will lower your risk for heart disease by 37 percent.

I'm all for any excuse to take a nap! And now I can justify it. Thanks!

I love naps!! Most employers in European countries let their workers take a nap or siesta. And now I see that some American companies are setting up "nap rooms", where employees can snooze for about 20 minutes or so. I'd have trouble just napping for 20 minutes, though. I prefer about 1-hour naps.
