Here is some information about the drug "Vytorin" for cholesterol. Hopefully this will be a good drug to help those suffering.

Sissy, isn't Vytorin the drug that was on the national news this week? From what I heard, researchers are saying that it isn't any more effective than plain Zocor. (Vytorin contains 2 medicines ~ Zocor and Zetia). I do LOVE their television commercials, though! They're the ones that show a plate of food on one side of the screen, and a person who looks just like the food on the other side. :-)

Just read the comments on cholesterol drugs. I suffer from high cholesterol and triglycerides. I have just started a home study course on Low Glycemic Eating and convinced I can escape the drug route. Would love to talk to others who feel that there is an alternative to drugs. Sunrise.
