Any helpful hints or tips for those members suffering with chronic pain? Sissy

Good subject, Sissy... As you know, I suffer from chronic back pain. One of the things that helps me deal with it is self-hypnosis and visual imagery. Those two techniques have been lifesavers for me! I also take daily ibuprofen, plus Tylenol Arthritis. Heating pads are always great for pain, as are ice packs.

How did you learn self hypnosis if you dont mind my asking? I have heard positives about it. Sissy
