I invited a friend who has joined, but I still do not have access to the dental plan. Is there a time delay, or did something go wrong?

Did you pick dental plan (click on that option) from the list of available benefits?

There is no option to click "Dental". Essentially within the "My Benefits" link there are 2 Categories, on top I see the First Category of "My Eligible Benefits" and below there is a Second Category "More Free Benefits are Available...". The Aetna Dental Access Option is in the Second Category and the only link on it is "Details", it seems that the Aetna Dental option has not moved into the Top First Category of "My Eligible Benefits". I have had a few friends join and still do not have an option to choose the Aetna Dental Plan within the "My Eligible Benefits". That's why I was asking if there was a time delay on getting the dental option since I just joined yesterday, or is there something else that has to be done other than just inviting a friend and making sure they joined. I have checked all the links available on the site and still have not had any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

It's possible that you have sent out the invitations to your friends but they have never joined UnitedProject. We will look into it an get back to you within 2 business day. Meanwhile the best way to contact the benefits department would be by email at help@unitedproject.org
