How do I add a dependent to my health plan?

All you have to do is login, go to “My Home” (left navigation) – then click on the blue “Benefits” tab, once there click on “My Info” on the bottom you will see a blue “Add Dependents” button. (here is a quick visual representation of the process: Login > My Home > Benefits Tab > My Info Tab) Click on the “Add Dependents” button and a new window will open up – where you can add the name, age and e-mail address of you dependents. Once you enter the information for all of your dependents, all of the dependents over 18 will receive and email and will have to signup for UnitedProject in order to activate their memberships. Dependents under 18 are automatically activated and no further action is required.
