That is a good thing to do - but some of us dont want to know the results!! I guess that means we need to do something about it - LOL!!

I lost 121 lbs.!! I never thought that going from a "Morbidly Obese" classification to being just"Overweight" would be a good thing, but with 26 lbs. to go to get to my goal weight it's the best possible news at this point!!
