In a health flyer from a local hospital fitness center it said that recent research had shown that ibuporfen coupled with caffeine would help with headaches. Now I knew about caffeine, but never dreamed about the Ibuprofen with it! Worth a shot. Sissy

Sissy, I don't know how I missed your thread! The study is really interesting ~ that is exactly what I've been doing the past few months. When I take my Ibuprofen, I usually drink a cup of coffee at the same time. And it does help with really early migraines. I had known about caffeine helping when used in combination with aspirin (that is what Excedrin Migraine has), so I figured it might work with Ibuprofen, too. And it does!! :-)
