How do I add my family members (dependents)?
IF YOU ALLREADY HAVE AN ACTIVE PRESCRIPTION BENEFIT, ALL OF THE DEPENDENTS ARE ALREADY ACTIVE IN YOUR PROFILE AND YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE TO ADD YOUR DEPENDENTS.

ONLY READ THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE PRESCRIPTION BENEFIT.

All of the dependents in your household are automatically eligible. For members of your household over the age of 18 you need to activate their benefits.
  •  Click on the My Home on left navigation and then click on the Benefits Tab (My Home> Benefits Tab)
  • There you will see Dependent Information Tab. Simply add the number and the information for all dependents you wish to include in your plan. You must enter a valid e-mail address for any dependents over 18 years of age. No e-mail address is necessary for anyone under the age 18 - they are automatically activated and no subsequent action is required.
  • Dependents over 18 will then receive and email with an activation link.  They will have to click on the activation link and choose a Member Name and password to their own private Member account. Once done, their benefits will appear as active in their Benefits Area.
