When logged in, click on the "My Benefits " (green link on top). Once there you will see "My Dependent`s Info" tab.
Simply add the number of dependents you wish to be included in your plan (you must enter a valid e-mail address for any dependents over the age of 18, no e-mail address is necessary for anyone under 18).
Dependents under the age of 18 are automatically activated and no action is required on your part. Dependents over 18 will then receive and email with an activation link which will prompt them to their own member page.
