How does Physician benefit part of the plan work?
  • Contact Member Services by calling the toll-free number on the back of you card, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.
  • A Patient Advocate will contact providers specific to your zip code, physician/facility and/or specialty being requested, verify that the physician/facility understands that they are part of the Network and that they will accept the Medical Savings Card product. (Patient Advocacy not available in CA).
  • Call the provider to make an appointment and pay the entire discounted amount at the time of service.
  • You must show your Galaxy Physician Visit membership card to the Provider at the time of visit to receive the discount. The Provider will call the re-pricing line to determine the exact amount of discount. That amount will be reflected on your bill. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
