I currently do not have any health insurance, and can not work. I’ve had a work related accident, and have a injuries to my left ankle, my head, shoulder and lower back. It hurts badly. My shoulder comes out off place a lot, and it has nerve damage to it. It feels like lighting going thought my shoulder, and going down my spine to my fingertips.

I was hurt on the job, where 200 lb weight fell on top of me. It hit my head first, then down my left shoulder - then slamming my body down like a pancake, to a cement floor. I am no logger getting my benefits. The only thing that my job would pay for is my right ankle. I had to get the rest of my injury\’s checked out my self. The prescriptions that I currently need cost me over $600 every 2 weeks. I can not work, and have no money coming in. Please help!

The first thought that came to my nephew’s mind when he was diagnosed as a diabetic was not the well being and his future, but the fact that he couldn’t afford to be a diabetic.

The implications of a single parent with two children and a limited income are a lifetime of unbelievable stress and worry on how to pay for the medication.

Dennis has worked hard to make a good home for his children. He is presently trying to work, go to school to be a paramedic and raise his two children.

I ask you to please help him to receive the medication that he needs in order to maintain a healthy and positive life.

We both have low paying jobs and are just trying to make a life for ourselves. ;I had to go to the ER one night. The visit along with no prescription plan, cost me over $400.00. As a young couple starting out, we have no money for any kind of sicknesses. We have to stay at home and pray that we get better. Going to the doctor these days will cost you a fortune. UNREAL!

As a child my father's company provided excellent health benefits for a daughter with many health issues. Through all the allergy shots, asthma treatments, and trips to the ER the insurance always provided financial backing. Starting around the age of 15 I began treatment and therapy for depression which has severely affected my life. After this diagnosis was made soon followed the second mood disorder. I was blessed with my father's insurance coverage and then graduated from high school, became one more member of the working class, and because of my decision to only be a part time student my father's health insurance will no longer cover me. Being on my own I've struggled with being financially able to pay for the three medications I need to take to function normally as an individual who is bipolar.

Even though the Medicare part d prescription drug plans help people save money , Specialty drugs are still very expensive making it virtually impossible to pay monthly premiums and afford the left over out of pocket expense not covered by part D plans.I was dropped from the part D program for non payment of monthly premiums. When I signed up with Humana the rep. quoted low prices for my prescriptions and monthly premiums were never mentioned. In reality the high cost of specialty drugs I need to survive are too high and my quality of life has been extremely affected. Please help me save money on my medications.
